Refunds and Returns
We have no refund policy at all, and all sales are final.
Only exchanges are available for a different size item, a damaged item, or a wrong sent item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wolfpack1221apparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that we quality check each item thoroughly before sending beforehand to know we're giving you our best.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll send you out the new/correct item.
Also, our sizes for each item are pretty much locked into what we say they are. Meaning that for example, if we say this item tends to run small or has a Unisex fit that means if you as the person have broad shoulders, bigger chest/hips/bottom, or are a person who doesn't like to show off their belly like some of the more adventurous belly showing lovers out there...then please just get a bigger size, so you can love looking good in the clothing and not have to deal with the time of exchanging them.
