Refunds and Returns
We have no refund policy at all, and all sales are final.
Only exchanges are available for a different size item, a damaged item, or a wrong sent item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wolfpack1221apparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that we quality check each item thoroughly before sending beforehand to know we're giving you our best.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll send you out the new/correct item.
Also, our sizes for each item are pretty much locked into what we say they are. Meaning that for example, if we say this item tends to run small or has a Unisex fit that means if you as the person have broad shoulders, bigger chest/hips/bottom, or are a person who doesn't like to show off their belly like some of the more adventurous belly showing lovers out there...then please just get a bigger size, so you can love looking good in the clothing and not have to deal with the time of exchanging them.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
NOTE: Due to the conditions of the world over the last couple of years there have been delays in every area when we were launching our business, website, and getting the quality materials we wanted for our clothing brand. Because of this please give us some leeway and extra time to get our products to you as the customer, in the end you won't be disappointed.
We Do Have A Shipping & Handling/S&H Policy And It Goes As Follows
In the USA, we have a S&H payment listing of different pricing with different weights and postage grades. If you spend more than $100.00 your S&H is free but this excludes International S&H, there is no minimum at this time. Our suggestion for International customers is to buy more because the initial cost to ship is $20.00 to $50.00 for one item and that's a lot but adding more items to that package doesn't really add as much as just the one item.
Our Pre-Ordering Clothing Policy
As a start-up biz we're mostly going to do what other ecommerce clothing brands have been doing online, which is having a Pre-Order discounted sale for our new products. The Pre-Order will have a limited time period (usually a month) and then we'll add up all the orders, make our order, get the items, and then send them out to all of you. This process should only take 2 months but it might take us 3 to 4 months depending on the time of the year.
Our In Stock Ordering & Shipping Policy
After you as a customer order something through us it will usually take us a couple of business days (but not more than 5 business days) to process your order and ship it out to you. Once we process and ship it to you that is when your S&H you paid for will start. We would advise you not to get Priority Shipping because it will still most likely take 3 to 5 days for the package to you domestically. Usually our turn around is 3 to 10 business days in the US.
For any and all International Shipping again unfortunately most of us businesses are at the whim of whatever is going on in the world at that time. We here will try to get your items out asap though.
We're still new and need a little help building ourselves up and you're understanding and patience will go a long way. I just want to say a true thank you for being our customer and I hope we can build a loyal fan base for our products as we go because I know we are going to have a fun ride people!!!
